No! There are no enrollment fees and no cancellation fees!
No, we will notify your local distribution utility of your enrollment with Ameripro Energy. You will receive a welcome letter and a change notice from your utility to confirm this switch.
You will continue to receive one consolidated bill. The only difference is that the supply portion of your bill will be listed and handled as Ameripro Energy. Your account will still be serviced by your distribution utility.
Energy bills are broken up into 2 components, the supply portion, and the delivery portion. The supply half will show your current supplier and the total electricity and natural gas used for the service period in question. The delivery half will list your utility company and that will include any fees from the utility company.
We would be sad to see you go, but we understand every customer has different needs. There are no cancellation/termination fees. You can always re-join in the future!
